Industry collaboration brings smarter public transportation one step closer to reality as ALAPAW, a startup incubatee under the MinSU i-BIBES (Innovative Business Incubator for Biosystems Solutions), engaged Angel Star Transport in discussions to explore how its real-time commuter information platform can improve transport operations and passenger experience.

The engagement forms part of the University's continuing support for incubatees beyond the incubation period by connecting startups with industry partners that can help validate, refine, and expand the real-world application of their innovations.

During the meeting, ALAPAW presented its real-time transport monitoring and commuter information platform, which is designed to provide commuters with timely and reliable transportation updates while helping transport operators improve service visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making through data-driven technology.

The discussions also provided an opportunity to identify potential areas for collaboration and gather valuable insights from the transport sector. These inputs will help ALAPAW further enhance its platform to better address the needs of both transport operators and the commuting public.

It also marks another milestone in ALAPAW's journey from a promising startup venture to a technology solution with practical applications. By working closely with industry stakeholders, the startup continues to strengthen its market readiness while demonstrating how digital innovation can help modernize public transportation services.

As ALAPAW continues to expand its network of industry collaborators, it moves closer to delivering smarter, more accessible, and technology-driven mobility solutions that improve the commuting experience and contribute to a more efficient and connected public transport system. (kpic)
