Mindoro State University (MinSU) was honored with an International Rankings Award from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) during CHED ICONS 2025, held at the Philippine International Convention Center on December 10, 2025.
CHED recognized MinSU for achieving global placement in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings and the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), distinctions that underscore the university’s growing international presence and its commitment to sustainable and innovative academic practices. A plaque and certificate of recognition were formally presented to celebrate these milestones.
Representing University President Dr. Enya Marie D. Apostol, Dr. Jerrel S. Reyes, Director for External Linkages and International Affairs, received the award on behalf of the institution.
The said recognition reflects MinSU’s steadfast dedication to advancing its global standing, showcasing its innovative and sustainable programs, and delivering long-term impact to the communities it serves.
