Participants came from the three campuses of MinSU, representing both academic and administrative sectors.

The activity was spearheaded by the Administrative Office led Ms. Filomena P. Reyes, Chief Administrative Officer, in coordination with the Human Resource Management Office. Key administrative topics were also discussed, including attendance and working hours, office decorum, and proper submission of Daily Time Records (DTR).

Employees were likewise reminded of mandatory document requirements such as the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR), and Individual Development Plan (IDP). Guidelines on the Dress Code for Government Employees were emphasized, along with processes related to government salaries, benefits, and membership in various organizations and associations.

In support of a safe and compliant workplace, sessions on the Data Privacy Act, Safe Spaces Act, and Quality Management awareness were also conducted.
