Mindoro State University once again affirmed its excellence in Computer Studies as the 3rd Year BS Information Technology students proudly showcased their Research Poster Outputs—an annual highlight of the College of Computer Studies’ commitment to molding future-ready innovators.
For the past three years, this initiative has become a cornerstone of MinSU’s academic culture, sharpening students' skills early and guiding them to conceptualize solutions with real societal impact. More than a course requirement in Research Methods, their Poster Presentation is a training ground—where creativity meets discipline and ideas begin to evolve into innovation.
“Ngayon pa lang ay hinahasa na natin ang ating mga estudyante at pinauunlad ang kanilang mga ideya para makabuo ng mga innovations na may tunay na impact sa society. Sa kanila din tayo kumukuha ng mga inilalaban natin sa mga competitions,” shared Dr. John Edgar S. Anthony, Dean of the College of Computer Studies.
His message reflects MinSU's unwavering dedication to nurturing young minds and empowering them to step confidently into the fast-changing world of technology.
This early exposure strengthens the students’ foundation as they prepare for their Capstone Projects in their fourth year—pushing them to think critically, design purposefully, and innovate responsibly. Through this initiative, MinSU not only shapes competent IT professionals but also cultivates visionaries who carry the University’s culture of excellence.
